Terms of service

The service

CashbackSaaS lists software with affiliate programs. When you activate a deal and make a qualifying purchase, we share part of the commission we receive with you as cashback. See our affiliate disclosure for how rates work.

Earning cashback

• You must be signed in and activate the deal on CashbackSaaS before purchasing, in the same browser, with ad-blockers or tracking protection allowing the merchant's link.
• The purchase must be new, paid, and made by you; upgrades, renewals, refunds and reseller purchases usually don't qualify.
• Cashback shows as pending until the merchant confirms the sale (often 30–90 days, after its refund window) and is withdrawable once we've been paid.
• If the merchant reverses or refuses the commission, the related cashback is cancelled, including after it was credited.
• Rates can change at any time; the rate shown when you activated applies.

Missing cashback claims

If a tracked purchase doesn't appear, you can submit a claim with a genuine receipt for a product you activated. We may verify receipts automatically and manually and may ask for more evidence.

Referrals

You earn a bonus equal to 10% of the cashback earned by members you refer. Referring yourself, creating multiple accounts, or paying people to sign up is not allowed and voids referral bonuses.

Withdrawals

• You can withdraw once your available balance reaches the minimum shown on the payout page.
• Payouts are processed manually, usually within 5 business days, to the method you choose. Fees charged by your provider are yours.
• You're responsible for any taxes due on cashback you receive.

Fair use

Fraud — fake or edited receipts, duplicate claims, automated activity, multiple accounts, or abusing a merchant's offer — lets us reverse cashback, withhold payouts and close accounts. We'll tell you why and you can reply to contest it.

Closing your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Withdraw your balance first: unwithdrawn cashback is forfeited on deletion. We may close inactive accounts after 24 months of inactivity with 30 days' notice by email.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aren't responsible for merchants' products, prices, or decisions to confirm or reject commissions. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the cashback balance in your account. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Changes

We'll give at least 14 days' notice by email of changes that reduce your rights.
